Pausing Your Subscription

I'm going out of town, can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription, or you can change the frequency of your subscription here.

To pause an existing subscription:

  1. Login to your account dashboard by visiting: https://www.oleolife.com/my-account
  2. Click into "My Subscriptions" in the menu: 
  3. Click "View" on the subscription you want to modify:

You have two options for pausing your subscription:

  1. In the "Actions" list, click the button "Skip Next Payment". This will skip your next subscription order, and renew on the order scheduled after that. 
  2. If know exactly when you want your next order to renew, then you can manually set the date you want your next order to go through:
