Where to find your tracking information.
After your order is received and processed by our Fulfillment Team, an automatic shipping email with tracking information will be sent, usually within one business day. If your order has the status of "On-Hold" or "Processing", then it means we are still working to fill your order. If your order status is "Completed", then you will have received the email with the tracking information. Please check your junk folders for this message if you do not think you have received it.
The email you will have a section that looks like this and contains the tracking information.
